One of the best hotel I have stayed in after the COVID. I have arrived at the hotel at 10am and checking in time was , 3 pm there was no issue getting in the room early thank you so much for that. My rooms was clean and Smalling fresh …
I've stayed here a handful of times the property is clean as are the rooms etc. Although my only ever problem with this place is the breakfast they serve is kind of lacking they should charge a couple bucks more and upgrade the choices and someone is a bit overzealous with the use of disinfectant or doesn't rinse their coffee brewer after washing it. Figured the first few times I stayed it was a one off thing but before I had left made a cup of coffee and ended up not drinking it it had a strong disinfectant or detergent flavor enough to leave my tongue kind of stinging. The people that work there very nice and they do a good job keeping the guest rooms very clean and tidy. There's a handful of restaurants in regular chain stores around so you're not without a means to keep yourself comfortable otherwise.
Probably the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was simple but decent. However, the front desk staff on two different shifts was absolutely horrible.
Our mattress had a large dent in it, to the point that you would roll down to that side of the bed. It was well past being serviceable. When we brought it to the front desk staff's attention, he loudly sighed, rolled his eyes, and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. He then became argumentative and explained to me it wasn't his hotel so he felt no responsibility for it.
He finally offered to give us another room, but it was almost 9:30 in the evening, and moving was too much to handle at that point. So we stayed in our original room, only to have him bang on the door 20 minutes later to find out which room we were in.
The morning staff was not much better. Because the night staff told us "Sam" the manager would be in in the morning, we asked about speaking with him when we checked out. That gentleman was equally rude and showed annoyance that he had to come out of the back room to speak to us.
I had one of the worst experiences in this hotel. Beware that this hotel is being used to house refugees and homeless. Not that I don't support this. However, there was nothing for them to do and they were wondering the halls and the …
Saw the reviews and thought it would be a decent place. Check in is at 3. We got in at 2, a bit earlier than expected and was trying to see if they could get our room earlier or store our luggage. No one was at the counter when we walked in. Someone came out of the office and barely acknowledged us saying that there were no rooms available, come back at three. Then he walked away before we could ask if they had a place for our bags. We came back at three and no one was at the counter. There was a sign up to call a number to get help and no one answered. Thirty minutes later, someone came and helped us. We got to the room and the sheets were stained. We called down to ask for new sheets and the front desk man said he would have to come inspect the sheets. Fine with us. He handed us sheets and fought about the stains saying they were actually holes and it takes three months to get new sheets which is why they are using the sheets with stains/holes. He said fine and walked out. We stripped our own beds and put new sheets on. The new sheets were also unclean. I am disturbed by the sheer disrespect and carelessness this hotel has shown.
It was dirty, run down, mold, black dirt in the corners of the bathroom. ||Tied to speak to manager, but every time I went to the front desk no one was there. ||The garbages at the front door was over flowing.||I felt unsafe as no one was …
Hotel smells, needs updating, staff always hiding in office and not wearing any branding or name badge. Took 10 minutes to come out to check us in. Watching tv in office. Vending machines barely have items, snacks at front counter very slim …
I had a bad experience with one of the front desk people yesterday and this morning. The manager Sam called me today and apologized profusely for the bad experience and gave me an early check in and late check out which I appreciated so that’s why I gave more stars for service. The location is ok, not near anything or any shopping centers. Bathroom is nice. The guy that checked me in was also very nice. The building itself could use a facelift and I was a little surprised to find out this hotel only has 2 floors. They put us on the 2nd floor which I also appreciated.
The incidental hold is 100, so be advised. The breakfast area looked nice…
The only thing I have to say is there are burn marks from cigarettes on the top sheet on the bed so I will definitely not be using or touching that. There is also a stain on one of the lamps. Not a big deal but I don’t like the burn marks on a place where I am supposed to be sleeping. There is also a little bit of rust on the shower attachment (I don’t know what it’s called) again not a big deal but if I’m going to be using that to take a shower I’d rather not have that near me.
Overall, it’s a 5/10 and I don’t think I’d be back here. I’m willing to bite the bullet and pay extra for the BW in Franklin. If you are planning to stay here for one night, these issues shouldn’t be a problem but if you are looking to stay multiple nights, don’t stay here.
what did it for me was the individual I had spoken to at the front desk. He ruined my experience before I even got here and made me want to cancel the reservation altogether and pay the 145 and book somewhere else. Please be advised of this when calling this hotel. You will get no answers with that person.
